Rui Marques, 56 anos. Gestor ao serviço do bem comum, com raízes nas ciências da comunicação e na sociologia. Apaixonado por problemas complexos, redes colaborativas e construção de pontes. Sempre a descobrir a (sua) infinita imperfeição e a acender pequenas luzes em vez de gritar contra a escuridão.
Rui Marques, 56 years old. Manager at the service of the common good, with roots in communication sciences and sociology. Passionate about complex problems, collaborative networking and bridge building. Always discovering (his) infinite imperfection and turning on little lights instead of screaming into the darkness.
